Dr. Sthaneshwar Timalsina is both an esteemed scholar of Indian Philosophy and a traditionally trained Ācārya in the Sarvāmnāya Tantric Tradition. He holds a Ph.D. in Classical Indian Philosophy from Martin Luther Universität in Halle, Germany and is the Endowed Chair of Indic Studies in the Department of Asian & Asian American Studies at Stony Brook University, New York. In addition to his academic accomplishments and extensive publications, Dr. Timalsina is also a popular teacher and speaker who has delivered dozens of lectures to prestigious academic and religious institutions around the world.
